Will I get to see a mockup before it's made?

Yes — we always send you a digital preview before production begins, so you can approve it first.

  1. Place your order
  2. We'll email you a mockup of your pet's portrait within 24 hours
  3. Simply reply to approve, or let us know if you'd like any changes — production won't start until you say go

Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder!) after ordering so we don't miss your approval window.
Can I add more than one pet to a blanket?

Yes. We can fit up to 2 pets on a Medium blanket and up to 3 pets on a Large blanket.

  • Upload one photo with all pets together, or upload one and email the rest to hello@pawmery.com after ordering
  • In the name field, include all pets' names (e.g., "Coco and Felix")
What if I'm not happy with how it turns out?

We'll revise it until you love it — before it ever goes into production.

  • Once you approve your mockup, we begin weaving your piece
  • If something looks off after you receive it (damaged, incorrect, etc.), reach out within 7 days and we'll remake it at no cost
  • Since every piece is custom, we're unable to offer returns once production has started
